Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on orders of $99 or more to U.S. residents only within the 48 contiguous states via USPS - full contents of order will be delivered to a single address. However, we will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally at the rates defined by USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing as some items may be made-to-order, after which your order will be transferred to USPS for standard Priority Mail shipping or another shipper of sender's choosing. During busy periods (i.e. the holidays)  processing times may be extended.

We are not and will not be held liable for courier services and/or their scheduling guarantees. If the tracking number indicates that a package has been delivered or that a package is listed as being in transit for an extended period of time, we encourage you to please contact the mail courier directly to inquire about its whereabouts or file a claim. We will provide you with any documentation you may need.
